What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 3pm. Check out is 11am. Please note: whilst we will do our very best to accommodate a late checkout (through prior arrangement only) it cannot be guaranteed due to availability and the time needed to clean the apartments for our next guests. Unauthorised late check outs will incur a penalty of £150.
I think I am going to arrive late. Will it be possible to check in late?
Yes, you will be sent details on how to access the property.
Can I have an early check in or late checkout?
We will do what we can to accommodate early check ins and late check outs, dependent on availability. A charge will apply, depending on the number of hours required. Please contact us for details.
Do you have parking?
There is no free parking. You can park in the Q Park on Sauchiehall Street (a 5-minute walk away) for £23 for 24 hours.
Is there disabled access?
Unfortunately we do not have disabled access as there are several steps up to the apartments.
Are you pet-friendly?
Sorry, pets are not permitted in our apartments.
Is smoking permitted?
No, smoking is not allowed in our apartments. You risk losing some or all of your security deposit if you fail to comply.
Do you allow parties?
No big parties are not allowed. We do consider special family events but only by prior arrangement. Should you wish to hold a family gathering please email us.
Are all the bedrooms en-suite?
No. Only the master bedroom in the 4 Bed apartment is en-suite.
Do you have cots and highchairs?
Yes, we have 1 cot and 1 highchair for each apartment.
Is wireless internet available?
Yes, free wifi is available throughout the apartments. The passwords are available in the apartment directories.
Do you provide a hairdryer?
Yes, every bedroom has its own hairdryer.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, both apartments come with one set of bed linen and towels to use during your stay. For stays over 7 nights your apartment will be serviced with fresh towels and linen once a week.
Do you provide ironing facilities?
Yes, there is an iron and ironing board in each apartment.
Do you have extra beds?
We have 1 extra bed per apartment for children aged 6 years and under.
What is your reservation guarantee policy?
50% of stay is required at time of booking. Remainder due 12 weeks prior to arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be cancelled 12 weeks prior to arrival to receive an 80% refund. Bookings made within 12 weeks of arrival are fully pre-payable and non refundable.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a £500 security deposit for one apartment or £1000 should you book both apartments, to cover possible damages. This will be taken 5 days prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay. (Please note: we expect the apartments to be left in the same state they are found and excessive mess, which requires extra cleaning may result in the loss of some or all of your deposit). Payment will be released up to 72 hours after check-out.
Is there a minimum night stay restriction?
Yes, we have a 2-night minimum stay policy.

Getting around Glasgow
How far is the nearest train station?
Queen Street Station is a 10-minute walk. Please be aware it is an uphill walk from the station.
How far is the airport?
Glasgow Airport is 8.2 miles away. A 13-minute drive from the apartments.
How far is the SEC and SSE Hydro?
1.5 miles away. An 11-minute drive or 25-minute walk.
Do you offer transfers to and from the airport?

Where are the best shops?
The apartments are just around the corner from Sauchiehall Street which is lined with many popular high street shops.Buchanan Galleries is just a 10-minute walk away.Princes Square?shopping centre is located on Buchanan Street, a 13-minute walk away.
Where are the best restaurants?
We have great places to eat on our doorstep. Enjoy 5-star dining in Restaurant at Blythswood Squareacross the road or just a 2 minute walk away is the wonderful Two Fat Ladies, a serious must for seafood lovers.
Do you have access to a spa?
We are pleased to be able to offer you special rates for the five-star Spa at Blythswood Square – part of our neighbouring hotel across the road.
